On Monday the 3rd of May, the seniors returned from study leave and attended an induction day to welcome them into the senior school.
5th and 6th years were given a talk by representatives from both Strathclyde University and Queen Margaret University. They were given facts about available courses and clubs as well as basic information about student life.
The 5th years then took part in various workshops to ensure they know how to keep safe at the upcoming festivals whilst the 6th year pupils stayed with the university representatives and were given advice for choosing and applying for higher education should they wish to continue. The day was very successful and pupils were left with a lot of points to think about.
