Scottish Mediation has been supported by the Scottish Government Wellbeing Fund to raise awareness of its support for schools through its COVID-19 schools mediation programme.
Going back to school and adjusting to new restrictions following lockdown will be difficult for many pupils, teachers and families and its possible this may lead to some tensions or breakdowns in relationships.
Scottish Mediation is here to help.
The purpose of this programme is to provide mediation support within the school setting for whoever needs it, for whatever reason. The nature of the difficult situation can be wide ranging. It can be a dispute between pupils, parents or teachers or a combination. It could be to do with coping with new restrictions and rules around social distancing, or just day-to-day challenges in the school day that have been exacerbated by COVID-19. To discuss your situation and find out how we can help, please contact Sarah Welsh (sarah@scottishmediation.org.uk).
