Congratulations to S4 pupil Finn Macleod who has won the North Highland heat of the Future Chef competition and has gained a place in the next stage to compete for the North of Scotland title. Finn created a winning 2 course meal of ‘pheasant breast with a brussel sprout and chestnut fricassee, followed by a layered chocolate and creme fraiche panna cotta with almond praline dessert. If successful in the next round Finn will fly down to London to compete against young chefs from across the UK. Congratulations Finn and good luck in the next round!
