S6 Outward Bound Trip 2013

Last month various Sixth year pupils, along with Mrs Ovenstone and Mr Mccoll, attended a week at The Outward Bound Centre in Loch Eil, participating in many challenging activities. We were given the chance to overcome our fears and try new things whilst working as a team and developing our group skills as well as individual qualities. As a group we took part in activities such as Gorge-Walking, Abseiling and Climbing. We all enjoyed our week but i think the highlight was the final challenge – Raft Race. The centre was very comfortable and homely and everyone was very welcoming. We all had a great stay and would like to thank Whyte and Mackay for supporting us with our funding and The Outward Bound Centre for allowing us the opportunity to develop new skills, have fun and bond as a team. Overall it made a fantastic start to the year!
