Delighted that our CHIP+ Parent Pack has finally been updated into a booklet form and is looking good! Thanks to all families & professionals who contributed their opinions to make it a more accessible document. The Parent Pack contains basic information for the parents and carers of children and young people with any disability or additional support need.
