Please use the following website to apply for or renew your European Health Insurance Card (EHIC):

https://www.ehic.org.uk/Internet/startApplication.do

This service is free.  Beware, some sites chrage for this service!  Please do not pay for an EHIC card!!

You can also apply/renew by phone: 0300 3301350 or by post – forms are available at the Post Office.
